The guidance department and Team 7 hosted a career fair for all 7 graders on December 9, where students met four people from our region working in different careers. Antonio Garcia of The Welding Guys talked about his training, his love for his career, and running a business. Ben Chang, a video game designer with RPI, discussed the creativity and writing that goes into developing stories, but also the need to be able to communicate and adapt to new situations. Lineman Richard Fuss shared his career path and its rewards, as well as the challenges of working in all types of weather. Tom Spina, a lawyer, spoke of the writing and presentation skills that are a part of practicing law and the need to love your chosen career. A big thanks to our presenters.
