This winter, 4th grade students enjoyed handcrafting their own books during an after-school Art Club with MED's very own art teacher, Mrs. Cynthia Gray. Over the course of four sessions, the students created paper paste book covers, marbled paper for the inside covers, folded drawing paper for the internal magazines, and finished by hand sewing the bindings. Our 5th graders will soon get a chance to make these beautiful books with Mrs. Gray!
