Local Author Daniel J. Mahoney visited the MED library March 13 to discuss his latest kids book, We Don't Eat Our Neighbors, with our students in grades K-3. He shared how he writes and draws his books, and ate lunch with them too (lunch did not include any neighbors)! MED librarian Mary Suelflow invited Mr. Mahoney to MED to foster love for books and reading. His visit was made possible through grants from the Chatham Education Foundation of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation and the MED PTA.
