Curriculum Associates has named Chatham Middle School math teacher Tracey Fuller as one of their Extraordinary Educators. Ms. Fuller is one of 29 teachers from 15 states selected for their Extraordinary Educators Class of 2025! As part of the program, she will collaborate with other top educators from around the country to share and refine best practices in both math and reading.
Educators selected for this program have experience using i-Ready® and/or Ready® in their classrooms and have demonstrated student growth and achievement through formal assessments, implemented innovative and engaging classroom practices, advocated for high standards and student success, and championed equity in education.
i-Ready is a research-based program for students k-8 that helps teachers assess their students' reading and math skills, and provide them with personalized instruction. Ms. Fuller’s dedication to i-Ready, her extensive contributions to best practices and data sharing with her peers, and her work in the classroom - especially her ability to ignite students’ enthusiasm for math and grow their confidence as learners — earned her a place in this elite group.
After seeing her in action over the past few years, an i-ready training representative encouraged Ms. Fuller to apply for the award, which took some convincing.
“Eventually I said fine, I’ll do it. I never thought I’d get picked,” Ms. Fuller recalls. “I am very honored by it but I feel like there is so much more for me to learn!"
Congratulations to Ms. Fuller on being recognized as an Extraordinary Educator!
