Students in Ms. Martino's WIN group (reading, math, and social emotional learning work time) listened to a read-aloud of the book The Magical Yet by Angela DiTerlizzi, an encouraging story about growth mindset and learning the power of positive thinking. With the help of Mrs. Horton and Mrs. Gile, students then created their very own magical "Yet" with positive phrases. They took turns presenting their Yet to the class, asking questions, and complimenting each other's hard work.
