Students in the CMS and CHS Life Skills classes went to the Bring on the Spectrum Community Space & Sensory Gym in Albany, which offers social, recreational, and lifestyle activities. The students and staff in Ms. Thorsen and Ms. Rossi's classes, along with CMS PE teacher Ms. Fisher and CMS school nurse Ms. Juliano, enjoyed the calm & soothing Sensory Room, swings, and engaged in a lively game of air hockey! Afterwards, the group went to McDonald's for lunch, where the students practiced their functional reading and math goals by ordering lunch.
