Chatham Middle School welcomed 20 students into National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) during an induction ceremony held the evening of June 13 in the Chatham High School auditorium. NJHS membership is reserved for students in grades six through eight who demonstrate a high degree of scholarship and outstanding qualities in character, service, leadership, and citizenship. Current 8th grade members gave speeches about the new inductees and how they will become assets to our school and community through their participation in NJHS service initiatives.
