All this week, students at MED have been learning folk dances with Homespun Occasions. During physical education classes for all grades, the troupe has been performing traditional folk songs and teaching dances from cultures all over the world, including Africa, Scandinavia, and the USA! This week-long residency was made possible through the support of the Chatham Education Foundation of the Berkshire Taconic Foundation and MED PTA.
