During our staff development afternoon on March 27, our Faculty Voice Committees held an expo to share their work with their peers. Led by our teaching staff, these committees have been meeting throughout the year to identify ways to strengthen and improve specific areas the District identified through focus group surveys, such as student wellness, culture and belonging, and innovative teaching strategies, to name just a few. The expo provided our faculty as a whole the opportunity to see the work the committees have been undertaking and provide feedback on the proposals and action steps they have developed!
