As part of our career exploration program at CMS, sixth graders enjoyed learning about several careers from people who are working them. Guest speakers included William Krein (CSX freight conductor, who has a wealth of knowledge on trains), Jud Heussler (Director of Branding and Programming for radio stations 95.1 WAPE and Easy 102.9 in Florida), Dr. Holly Steuerwald (associate veterinarian at Chathams Small Animal Hospital), and Beth Hover (licensed real estate salesperson). The four talked about what their jobs are like and what it took to get to them to where they are today.
