Dear CMS Parents/Guardians,
To give greater flexibility in scheduling Parent/Teacher Conferences, Chatham Middle School
will have both virtual and in-person options this year. Also note that conferences on the evening
of Thursday, November 18th, are virtual only. On November 22nd and 23rd, you have the
option of in-person or virtual. On these days dismissal for students is at 11:00 a.m. and conferences start at 12:00 p.m.
Conferences are a time to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss how they are doing academically and socially/emotionally. If you feel you need more time than the allotted 10 minutes or none of these dates are convenient, please reach out to your child’s teacher.
