Our seventh-and-eighth-grade band, orchestra, and chorus once again had the honor of performing at the Empire State Plaza's South Concourse as part of the New York State School Music Association’s (NYSSMA) celebration of Music in Our Schools Month. This March is the 40th Annual National Music In Our Schools Month sponsored by the National Association for Music Education (NafME). During this time, students across America celebrate the importance of music to public education in various ways. We are extremely proud of all the work our ensembles and their teachers put in and how phenomenal they sounded!
