May 26 was Arbor Day at CHS. Highlighting the day’s events was our traditional tree planting ceremony, where the Class of 2022 dedicated a lilac bush in honor of teacher aid Maureen DePew, who is retiring at the end of this school year. Also at the ceremony, the sophomore class unveiled their class colors! Other events happening throughout the day included an honors assembly, a senior class picnic at PS21, a variety of fun activities for underclassmen, and team competitions.
