Greetings Community Member,
One of the initiatives of Chatham CSD is to strengthen the connection between our school and community. The Chatham High School Senior Team is asking for your help. As part of our senior program we are trying to incorporate more authentic elements and experiences for our students to be successful beyond our doors. To that end, we are planning to host an event with community members who have interviewing experience through their organization or business. The goal is to provide our seniors with an authentic interview experience; this is not intended to be a hiring event. We are hoping you would be willing to spend about two hours on the morning of November 9 engaging with our students. We would be looking for you to conduct a realistic interview experience for 2-3 of our students and to possibly sit on a Q&A panel with the other community members following the interviews. We want to stress these are mock interviews and there is no expectation for this event to result in hiring for your business.
