Chatham High School's Gabriel Bennett and other students in Questar III BOCES' New Visions: Emergency Preparedness, Informatics, Cyber & Homeland Security (EPICH) program held their end-of-year showcase at University at Albany, SUNY's state-of-the-art College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity, where the EPICH program is based.

Student projects covered a variety of real-world issues, including human trafficking, social media, driving safety, and substance use. Gabe focused on the impact of social media disinformation on domestic terrorism.

Gabe and the other students also had the opportunity to showcase their work to UAlbany's professors, staff and students, which sparked engaging conversations about these critical issues. Congratulations to Gabe on his impressive work!
