MED students celebrated both Arbor Day and Flag Day on June 14. Highlights were lots of flag waving, the traditional Maypole dance performed by the fourth grade, the singing of conservation-themed songs, and the honoring of MED speech teacher Lisa Toomey and teaching assistant Lucy Pracher, who are retiring at the end of this school year.
