First graders in Miss Flanagan's class and second graders in Mrs Van Wie & Mrs Winter's class recently became published authors! Each class embarked on a project to draft, edit, and publish their own class book for students to take home. Second graders conducted animal research for their nonfiction book, while first graders wrote about their future selves. When the books returned from publishing the classes got together to share and celebrate their hard work!
